Anyone try a buck bomb before? Do they work ? What kind of success? Snow is so crunchy that getting close is tough! figure I may try one!

its a spray can of doe urine, u can disperse it all in 90 secs or just do small bursts! never used attractants but have gotten close to some respectable bucks only to get busted cause of the snow conditions the last week and a half!

How does a bomb help when the snow is noisy?? Isn't the idea to use it as a cover scent?

I think the idea is to sit back and let the bucks come to you.

Not as cover, but as an attractant while sitting!

They freeze below -20 so keep 'em warm on your dash. I used the mule deer buck bomb as cover scent/ attractant (who knows which ?) & had 8 muleys within 20 yards for at least 20 minutes! Got a nice buck there the next evening as a result.

Way I see it, Buck Bomb sure can't hurt! It helped me!

Buck Bombs work like any other deer scent, sometimes they bring deer in most of the times they don't and more often than not scent scares deer away. Placing scent on the right location, at the right time and using the right amount are more important than the brand of the scent product.

Using deer scent as a cover scent is just about the worst a hunter can do with it.
