Pick a region you are interested in, and then read every word on every page for that region....that way you should know for sure just what's allowed, and what's not, and when. Then you're less likely to make the same mistake someone else did recently by suggesting he might have to use a sled in region 4 if the snow was too deep. Region 4 (page 48) totally prohibition between Apr. 1-Nov. 30. Each region, under "ACCESS MANAGEMENT AREAS" has it's own restricted or closed areas listing 'specific times' or 'year round' for the use of snowmobiles to hunt for, transport, or access hunting destinations.

Us Inuit in Region 8 can use a snowmobile to hunt Mulies with a rifle...no problem....

Who cares the season ends so early you need wheels to ride a sled in the OK............ surprisingly there are still Mule deer around in Decemebr for you.

Yeah only bowhunters are using snowmobiles to hunt mulies in Region 8 now ,right Aggie? You got your sled ready to go?Except for the guys that are making the trek into the orchards and behind people's back yards,they don't need one!You need snow for snowmobiles and there wasn't any before it closed,was there Aggie:mrgreen: Gunner
