I just received this link from a friend. I'm gonna need more printer ink!!!
This appears to be just the Chilliwack area but, maybe a few clicks might find more of the province.

That is one heck of a lead David. Too bad some of the maps that I am interested in don't come up. Fred

That entire page is pathetic. Word of warning. Don't rely on any of those conditions. The top of the page says 'April', but the fact it, many of those road conditions haven't been updated in years.

That's why we scout!!! The fact that a road was once there means there's something at the end of the road, there always is!!!!

Just an example.
That page NEVER did mention the Talc Creek bridge being taken out.
It was out a year ago or so when I last checked...I think its still out, yet their web page never once mentioned the bridge being gone. It would just say 4X4 access.

Hell some of my latest topo's were printed in the late 60's

Don't be so negative Robert. If you want to see errors just try following those Mussio maps in their book. They even asked for feedback and when I gave it they totally ignored it. Fred

I'm sorry, but how can you not be negative? April is bad enough, but look at this next example:

NORTH EMORY CREEK [map (http://www.for.gov.bc.ca/dck/Lim/maps/H112.html)]
Industrial Use Forest Service Road (International Forest Products 604-869-7111). Road repairs in effect until June 2002. [FSR Index (http://www.for.gov.bc.ca/dck/Engineering/fsroadconditions.htm#index)]

What the heck? 2002? They haven't updated some of these in over 4 years. That is unacceptable for a government site. What are we paying tax dollars for again?

Check out the Squamish FSR site? They are sooo much more up to date. There is no reason why the Chilliwack FSR website couldnt' be better updated.
