Today I made some bear jerky and bear meat balls
Bear Jerky
2 beers, 1/2 cup red cooking wine, 1/4 cup soy, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup brine salt, table spoon onion powder, table spoon garlic powder, table spoon, cumin, table spoon paprika.
Turned out a little salty, I suspect the soy did that so I would do 1/8 cup brine salt.

Bear meat balls (easy)
1.5 pounds ground bear, lipton onion soup mix, 1 egg, 2 table spoons of bread crumbs. Mix by hand and roll into equal size balls and bake at 350f
