Unfortunately not much of a story here guys. I pretty much just drove into the Chilliwack Valley and spotted this guy up on the ridge. At the report of my .308 he dropped and the rest is history. He probly won't score that well but he will be a good meat buck. Yes he was well within the BT zone. pic of the tail to follow shortly. well see ya later

Where did you get it exactly? But be careful. Many eyes on here... I bet the 200 pounder with Walmart camo and the flip-flop hat knows.

Maybe he is the 200 pounder with the ear flap hat and Walmart camo.

You shot that buck from under me while YOU KNEW I was stalking it.

Damned road hunters.
You're nothing but opportunists that don't give a rats-assed care about someone else.

That's the last time I'll EVER lend a hand to a person in need.

That is the little brother. I heard of a couple of other bigger ones out that way. Send coordinates. I have the rest of the afternoon off and am heading out right away!!!

That's one heck of a well traveled buck. Three years ago he was seen in Tennessee, a year later in in New York state and then in Manitoba. Who would have thought that that buck would make it all the way to Chilliwack. :) are you going to enter him in the BC record book? :)

Would of been more impressive if it was a bow kill!

MAN..... can't believe you mentioned that buck came from Chilliwack.....that's been a secret spot for years now. I guess i'll have to deal with crowds on the bench rd now.

When you said you saw him on a ridge, I knew exactly which one. He's been there with that rack stuck in a tree since September. But I couldn't reach him with the winch, so no point in shooting him if I couldn't retrieve him. You must be hardcore to have been able to get him down those 150 feet to the truck. Did you use your Butt-out tool while cleaning him?

I know this is going to upset a few of you guys that hunt the wack bench road but you guys are absolutely awesome in your efforts to help me I have to thank all of you.

Yep you push the deer to me and then you go home empty handed = that is what I call a well planned deer drive.

Well on my part anyway...
