You Ladner boys will already know about this,but I just found out that Robbie Kerr has passed.I knew Rob for close to 40 years,and he was one of a kind.I first met him steelheading on the Cheakamus and we renewed our aquaintace on the Brunswick many times.It won't ever be the same driving out to the end of River Road and knowing that I can't stop in to see Rob and BS for a bit,not many knew the salt marsh as well as he did and he always had a story to tell.Rest in Peace Rob,and say hi to Patti for me,I hear the shootings pretty good where you are now.We'll get together one day. A sad day indeed Murray, he was one of a kind! He sure went fast though, which I guess ain't a bad thing sometimes. RIP, Robbie!! K

Gunner, thanx for posting. I also have known Robbie for approx. 40 years. Ducks ,snows and the brant will be breathing a sigh of relief.

I also Met Robbie on the Cheakamus at a club outing years ago. He always showed up and managed to get a free steak out of us lol. Always got a laugh out of his stories.

I am dearly sorry to hear about robbies passing, i met robbie about 15 years ago when i was about 21, an immpreshinable young waterfowler, i remember running into robbie with my buddy kevin many times in the marsh and on the rivers. I remember a few nights at the duck shack that i ll never forget!! He was old school and i ll never forget him! Give em 3 robbie RIP
