Hey guys just thought id ask what chokes people are typically using at canoe pass or marsh hunting. I went with a modified today and did well. Or any insight to conditions and things that affect what I should be opting?

Modified is what we use.

Over the deeks I use as follows Model 12 12g. with Polly Choke 2.75 #2- I dial it half way between full and mod. Ruger Red Label 12g. 2.75 & 3" 3, 2 & BBs- top barrel mod. bottom imp. cyl. and my go to gun Stoeger P350 12g 2.75, 3 & 3.5" # 3, 2,1 &BBs- mod. I have found it depends on the gun and shot size and how it patterns out.

I wanted a super Vinci, in apg. 26" barrel, with a WW supreme. Swings amazingly. And is the same length as a 28" barrel but two inches shorter then doing the same choke with a 28" barrel. Love that gun. It's seen alot of drake mallards hit the corn field dirt this season so far.
