I consider myself a very lucky person this year making the right calls at the right time I just got out of my hunting area at the right time ,there is about 6 inches of the white stuff that fell last night and still falling as I post ,Cranbrook BC.

Wayne keeps us well entertained with his great vids and commentary. I sure miss hunting in the Kootenays. All my pals who resided up there have either moved away or quit hunting . Its a long drive to hunt alone....
Its nice to hear the grunt of a big moose coming your way in the PG areas we go,but I do miss the thrilling challenge call of a bull elk coming in fast,,that really gets one's heart pumping!!

Enjoyed reading the other thread Wayne, and watching the videos.

You're the man of the mountain this year for sure.

Pete and I are planning another ekn trip to the EK again next year. Hope fully we can hook up and have a beer or three and you can show me how to use my call better.

When you're next in Victoria look me up.

Luck you Everett that everything worked out for you at the end and yes you are right about the snow in there ,I know one thing I am very happy I am home and out of there :-D :-D :-D :-D..
