I have a draw for Zone B starting Nov 20, and plan to head up on the 26th and stay until the 5th if needed. This will be my second time Bison hunting. I helped a friend with his tag two years ago. We were unsuccessful, but had two opportunities that didn't happen because it was crowded on the main trail/valley up the Sikanni drainage. People were down range the first time so we didn't pull, and the second time another group just happened to show up at the right moment to take the animal that was being pushed by another member of our group. We still had a great time and I'm looking forward to trying again.
Any advice would be a great help. I would prefer less crowded areas and I’m willing to put the effort in to get there. We will be using a wall tent and will have a quad, quad with tracks and a snow mobile.
