Or maybe a swan. :mrgreen: A collar, and another banded one right infront. The collared one is a male, banded as an adult in 2006 up in Alaska, near King Salmon. I'll get the info on the other two tonight.

Sub species Grand-us. It would be interesting to know the site your getting the info from, I find it amazing how far some of these birds will travel. The Scaup Tracker site really open my eyes on far some of them migrated.

I email one of the bios in charge of the collaring and satalite tracking. Been sending reports to him a few years now, all blue collars are tundra swans. AND I WANT A SEASON hahaha. Red is normally trumpeter swans, that were collared during the winter in Wa by air nets.

c'mon guys the first pic clearly shows the start of a blue phase variant around the neck area...when was the last time you saw a blue swan??
