Was going to meet a friend at one the local farm to do some night flight shooting (legal shooting times) just loaded my gun, waders, shells etc into the truck when the wife phone around 3:10p.m to say the car would not start. I ask her where are you? She said, Walmart.
Well, got all my stuffs out and got the jumping cables. Met her Wally World and managed to jump start the car. The cables was barely long enough to reach.
Got home took the old battery out the car and went straight to Lordco to buy a new battery. After replacing the car battery with new one, phone my friend to see how he did. He said, got 6 greenheads and 1 hen mallard. He said there are no Widgeons (sh.t ducks) lol. I said,well not yet, they are coming.
Will try get out tomorrow afternoon and gave a shot.
