quick 8 for me this morning in short order solo. Home eating breaky by 8.am. big fat lards. :)
short one drake in the pic as he was a bit mangled..... under 10 yards #2 in the head top end of the chest didnt leave much

Good shooting Lorne! Haha, this reminds me of two weeks ago...... I had a hen mallard flying straight into my blind..... literally, it was cupped wings and all just completely unaware of the situation..... I jumped up on basically the last millisecond and put the muzzle about 3 feet from its face (maybe even less), pulled the trigger and its entire head blew 100% cleanly right off!!!
I would show the picture, but honestly I dont think it is appropriate...
