Hi Everyone
I am heading off to Horsefly MU 5-02 region C with truck and ATV in tow and best hunting partner, my girlfriend. yeahh excited..
This is traditionally a great moose area with a healthy LEH mgmt… So I am told.... last year we had a cow draw in 5-02 Region B (Eureka Mtn ), without any luck. The logging on the primary roads were no less than brutal! I carry a radio, which all hunters should have. This year we want to be better prepared…..
Not asking for honey holes, we all need to find our own and learned my lesson on that a few years ago. Appreciate any UPDATE from region 5-02 C for moose. Since I am going in blind I am using Google to figure the terrain, thinking beaver lake or Maze Lake road.
In an earlier posting I received several replies on late hunt tips, from many folks on this forum. (Thanks, Srupp).:)
