I was out on Tako last night. Sandbagged myself into a good area waiting for the sun to go down.
Around 5:30 I hear a bunch of cows go crazy waaay off in the distance. Probably belong to one of the ranchers on the south side of the river in 5-13.
A few minutes later I hear this very deep, bassy, smooth like velvet wolf howl from the same direction. He carried on for about a minute. He'd howl again every 5 mins or so then stopped before complete black. It has to be a big animal to produce that kind of bass and to carry so far.
