suggestions for hunt location

i've been unable to get a deer yet this season, im heading out this weekend and considering all the places i choose to go have been scarce i thought i would ask for suggestions.

Where should i go this weekend, i live in kelowna? Preferably, not to far.

The question I have is where have you been going?

The deer are just starting to move into areas that they have not been in yet this year, If you know an area and there is sign, you might be surprised what is there now that wasn't there in september. I have a trail cam that has been taking pictures of bears since august that all of a sudden has deer on it, not that I am surprised, it is getting close to the time of year that they move in.

If you are just looking for meat head up in the Beaverdell area and look for a whitetail doe.Find a good game trail that has recent activity and get away from the roads.Find a place to sit that has some cover and good a shooting lane to the trail.Hunt this spot from first light until 10 and the last 2 hours of shooting light in the evening have patience and you will put meat in the freezer.
