Took this Buck out in the hills behind Otter Point. He came out of the broom to have a look and was looking at me straight on. I put an arrow on and slowly moved to my right to change the angle. He started to look like he was going to bolt but I made a kiss noise and he stoped...I drew and he slowly turned to walk away. As he got just about broadside I let the arrow go and it zipped through the boiler house...He started of running what seemed around a big rock so I went to the other side and saw him standing there...facing away...then he started to wobble and fell in my sight. Huge adrenaline rush when he fell...Then I had to pack it out and into my tarped up trunk cuz I dont have a truck now...Funny sight to see.
The shot was 20 yrds slightly quartering to, Hit near lung and liver. I shoot a Hoyt Alpha max 32 and St AXIS arrows tiped with Muzzy 125. Having trouble up loading the pics for some reason.
