San Juan River Coho Retention

I am wondering if anyone can tell me 100% if you can or can not keep Coho in the San Juan River. The notices on the fisheries website says something to the effect of "depending on in season run" but there is nothing that I can find that tells me yes or know right now.

Thank you, but I have spent a lot of time on that page and many others and I still am unable to find information that tells me if I can keep my Coho or not.
