hey there just wondering what your techniques are for hunting bears in the fall? also wondering what areas are good for hunting bears in the fall?

Got one this fall, tasted like beef! Fur wasn't as good as spring, but like I said, the meat was great.

Depends where you're goin, saw four in the alpine the day I got mine. Just find a hike you always wanted to do and bring a gun! Good luck.

Yep. They are going to be fattening up HARD right now before hibernation. Wherever there is lots of grass and any remaining berries and rosehips would be my first places to look. That, and sunny areas for warming.

the dawgs man cave is prob nice and toasty im sure thats where hes fattening up for winter :)

ive been working up at silverstar for the past 3 weeks! and as soon as the sun hits the slopes around 10 the bears start feeding! but we never see anything before 10 and after 2!! strange hey!
