how to call a moose in

what do you suppose made him dash off? Is it normal behavior for them to do that with a real moose or do you think he realized you were not a moose?

Ya they are open, I am strickly a muley hunter so moose dont interest me to much. Im surprised that he came to a call this late .

It was my mouth and a poor call at that. Ive seen a moose come to a truck honking its horn before. The moose just got to close and winded me, it was still early and the wind was still going downhill, it would have been diffrent in the afternoon.
