My 16 and 18 yr old sons want to start planning the hunts for next year with their Grandpa and myself. The plan is to apply for LEH for Moose for a week long trip. then do day trips for muley.
The first question they have is where should we apply for Moose? I used to hunt 5-13 for years whenever we drew tags. The last few hunts we encountered more wolves and bears than Moose.
Can anyone offer up some ideas for a us to apply for? We are not asking for honey holes etc. These young hunters want to start researching and planning some options. Please feel free to pm me if you can help.
