View Full Version : Bow/sheep hunt adventure

I couldnt afford to go guideing this year and had to stay home to make $$. I realised however that I just might be able to swing a quick opener hunt with 'Coming_out_heavy' and just maybe stick an arrow in a ram.
Destination plan 'A' fizzled as our pilot/plane couldnt match up our departure needs.
Plan 'B' fizzled as we couldnt wrangle up a boat and operator to ferry us for a few dozen hrs into 'nowhere' as well.

Plan 'C' would work though as not much can stop you from hiking off the highway! I didnt have time to trailer horses up and back as well so off we went! ( to a popular spot 3 days early)..enjoy..:-D

ps , there is no dead animals so the risk of sheep arguing should be slim,:razz::lol:

Cool vid, when's the next one coming? I think you gave me a fear of heights from those shots a top the mnt. oh and could you go over in detail as to the locations of plans A,B and C?:)I too would like to enjoy the fine weather in northern BC and my fire making skills.:-D

No guideing this year! But will hopefully have some mean assed blacktail footage soon! Now that I have figured out how to link the clips I'm putting them together to tell the stories and erase all the videos 'clips' off youtube.
I have shitloads of footage to be swapped onto dvd soon , grizzly shots/misses , goats,sheep,moose ect some clips you can clearly see the bullets flying , will be cool!

It was painfull watching and waiting for your client to shoot that dark ram! I bet you were getting frustrated with him.
