if you hunt out side of MA 2,4 and 2,8 do you need a migratory game bird license ? :confused:

Yes. Anywhere in Canada if you are hunting migratory birds.

Yes it's just that 2-4 and 2-8 have an extra special license needed as you can read here out of the regs

"required to purchase a Fraser Valley Special Area Hunting Licence in addition to other Provincial licences and for hunting migratory game birds, the Migratory Bird Licence. $1,000,000.00 Public Liability and Property
Damage insurance is required"
