Great photos Slee,as the others have said you may have saved him from a slow death in the near future,wow he has seen some hard miles.

its from eating to many tree huggers types, the ones with the little bells on there shoes,, lol lol lol.. bet he was a miserbale bear with this jaw pain,,ouch,, guess he broke his teeth on the little bells,,,,,,

I have some bear skulls but nothing like that one. That is a really old bear.

Yeah, it would be cool to find out how old he was. Is there any where to send teeth these day?

Most Universities have zoology departments that can age animals by taking a sample tooth, usually the premolars.
