All day course for PAL Saturday Oct 22nd, in Queens Park, New Westminster. If you want the RPAL too you will need to come back for part of Sunday.

What is the minimum age to attend?

We have had very keen 12 year olds taking the course with a parent do fine. The book is written at about a grade 8 english level. I think it would depend more on the maturity of the individual than the age. They cannot get their PAL until they are 18, but can do the course before, then hold the paperwork until that age. All three instructors have or have raised kids, so we know what that is about.
