I am headed to 5-13 next month. Since this area is new to me I am just wondering where Sylvia's is located.

Thanks in advance,
Jamie

Due west of Quesnel on the Nazko highway. Not sure of the distance but I think it is about 50 miles, maybe less. Good food and general store. Mike

43K to Sylvia's from the moment you get on the Moffat Bridge. 96K to Nazko from the same point. Do you have a GPS and an LEH for that area?

I have a bull moose for 5-13b, first 2 weeks of Oct. Unfortunately I do not have a GPS.

be sure to stop for lunch and have the homemade ukranian perogies and sausage!!!....good eats!! And I believe Oldtimer meant to say west of Quesnel not east.

As a present and a treat, take yourself and your patient, loving better half and go out to dinner.

I hear Sylvia's is really good!

You know Mike, you're wasting valuable time and the governments money(CPP, not the pulpmill). My 61 was on the 12th, been retired since 26th of May, but last day at work was 22nd of Mar because of accummulated time. Time to become a fresh air inspector!

I don't work for the pulpmill, I work for Canfor. If my better half keeps spoiling the grandkids I will need to work until I am 85 !!!!!
Thanks for the wishes BowWalker Mike

Hey Oldtimer

Could you maybe look up the phone number for Sylvia's for me. It would sure be appreciated. I have to call and ask if they have a fax machine and if I may use it to recieve one fax and send one fax. Otherwise I will have to run all the way back to Quesnel on the 16th of October

Can you imagine. They expect me to do payroll while moose hunting. Can't everybody just wait until i get back.

Careful Mike..........he's probably going to order a bottle of Fuddle Duck for your birthday dinner visit;-) Just to get the right idea(s) into your head. Watch out Mrs.!!
