Well we headed for the cabin Friday night ,we arrived there pretty late but were
unpacked and ready to get an early start in the morning

The morning came quick and we off looking for some game.we were concentrating on an area out west witch has been good to us in the past,but after two days of windy hot days there was not much to be seen other than the gut piles of two poached moose.
So we decided to try a new area,we found a spot with a little fresh sign and started to call,it was getting late and all of a sudden we got an response.
a quick discussion and we decided to call it a night and try it in the morning
So first light and we were back in our spot calling,but by 10:00 am it was getting hot so we decided to head towards the water,
we set up tried some more calling but no responses around 12:00 we thought we would head back up to where we calling in the morning
and to our surprise there he was looking for his girl friend .Chad set up and with a nice shot the hard work was about to start.
We worked hard and had him on the poll early
It was a great trip but ive never seen the wind blow so hard up there ever
lots of grouse around but the game was very scarce
