Moose & Deer down same day 6-4

Well we started hunting on the 25th first day one LEH. did not see much the first week couple cows was about it. Then on Oct 2 we started out at about 7:00 am by 8 we had a nice mulie. Cleaned skinned and hung him was done by about noon. By 1:00 we had a nice 4x4 bull Moose. We were walking up a cut line when I heard a moose call so I answered back, he called again I answered again after about 30 mins of this he walked out right infront of us 30 yards max. I called he turned looked right at me and down he went. sorry the pictures are not the greatest did not have a camra. until after we got back to the truck.

I have never posted any pics before so bare with me. They are not loading start to load then stop with a liitle red exclamation mark

Congrats on a successful hunt! I've hunted the border of 6-4 and 6-9 many times. Great area and it's sure nice when you can hunt with a draw a few weeks ahead of the GOS moose crowds. Did you see much other game - Black bears, Grizzly or wolves? The two times I had the draw in 6-9 there were plenty of them around.

sent you three pics when my hunting partner get back to Chilliwack he will send me the pics he took with his phone. Hopefully he has some better shots.
No wolfs saw a few black bear few cow moose and about a half dozen does
