There was a Royal elk ( 7 point bull), spotted just a little hike from the road at 4:3 Gold Mtn last week this is the i4th of Sept 06 now, so It might still be there, access from Sunrise creek, JUST South, of Moyie then go East from Sunrise Creek to Tepee creek to Gold creek then south to Gold Mtn you will choose Bloom Cr or stay on Gold creek Anywhere in from Moyie to Gold Mtn is optimum Elk and deer also, Strauss, and Then Newgate, for big whitetails. (Check your B.C. Recreational Atlas for Gold Creek in 4:3.)
