Nice 4X3 I got September 25th

got him on the 25th was big in the body, so i took the shot. upon skinning i found him to have around a 1 inch layer of fat over his entire body. good and heathly he was, horns are starting to get thick, has good bases. not my best but still a respectable deer. my father just got his immy as well on the 28th i will post pics of that once i get some more time.

this site makes it really confusing to post pics IMO, have read over the FAQS a few times and still haven't figured it out!

i couldnt get it to work hahah it is in my gallery though 2 pics..i had gone to the end road with the cutblock parked and hiked up over the ridge an was glassing the side hills when i spotted him feeding in the buckbrush..saw the 4th point and good size body so i took the shot and the rest is history..my brother and I dragged him out and loaded him onto to quad and took off it was now 5:45pm and we made a slow retreat back to the truck to see if ce could find another one or an immy..but no more luck that night. my father went out on the 28th and got himself a real nice immy bull at around 5:45 as well hahaha
now to head out next week as my brother and I both have seperate bull draws as well this year. hopefully i can get this picture thing figured out so i can post them on here, of my buck and soon to be my bull! hahaa

WOW! Looks like a Salmon Lake buck around Douglas area.
That's a big mule buck, with huge hooves, please measure them in inches and report back here now!

thank u very much wild images sheep nut for posting the pic for me. i will have to spend some
time one day and actually figure out how to post pics myself...i never did get to measure hooves
on him for you Jelvis as i skinned and quatered him up once back at the truck..but they were large
for sure..i shoot a 7mag and they were much longer than one of.my rounds!!
never thought to measure before...maybe next time. hope everyone has agreat season this year
i am off for 10 days to go look for a nice bull with my draw.now..in rwgion 7-02..any ideas? i have never
hunted there before.
oh an Jelvis he wsnt salmon lake...lol...he was a shuswap buck from one of my honey holes
but ur still faily close...gotta go help dad cut up his immy to make room for bull thats coming soon.
