I'm heading up the Tuchodi river in the next couple of weeks(hopefully). Does anyone know if you can even get up the river. I know sometime ago it was really low so I can just imagine it now. If anyone has been up there lately or knows someone that has I would appreciate some information.
Thanks.

my buddy went up on the 1st, was coming back down on the 4 th. (with 5 elk). he said it was so low only good boats with great drivers dared the venture. lots of guys didnt even try it. the lack of pressure made for good hunting though!

Sort of what I like to hear. A little more hiking is OK with me!

Your leg OK scoot too much hiking can aggravate it. Just take it easy let that long legged partner of yours break trail.

anybody heading up that way, they just got a dump of snow at trutch, (Mile 205 Alaska Hwy).

good news and bad as it has been a very dry summer up here, the snow stayed for the day but should be melted off soon. watch out for mudslides and such.

play safe....
