Anyone on here using these? What are you thoughts on them? Brands, powers of bino and/or rangefinder, cost vs. weight vs. practicality. Anything else you can think of.

Thanks

Leica, Leica and Leica. Awesome units.

Never owned them but have used a pair of higher end bushnells that were 10 power with a push button rangefinder built into them. They were cool but I wouldn't buy them for the hunting I do. I think the guy said they were around $800.

My sister-in-law had me pick up a pair of the Leica HD 10x42 Rangefinder bino's for my brothers 50th birthday and I got to play with them for a few days, all I can say is they were outstanding and very accurate for yardage,
I use a pair of Leica 10x42 Trinovids and I thought it would be tough to improve on them but they did,the clarity is second to none.
I highly recommend these binoculars and they will be the next binocular I buy for myself.
As BimmerBob said above Leica,Leica and Leica simply awesome.

I had a pair of the Leica Geovids. They were great, loved the integrated rangefinder. Mine were 10 power, didn't weigh any appreciable extra, and weren't too big for my pouch. The only reason I sold them was because I got the KOWA line of binos and the glass in the Genesis 10.5x44 was so much better than the Leica that I sacrificed the integrated range finder and went with a separate Leica 900.

Good to hear about the leicas. That's what I am after if anything.
