70 mile house mulies

Heading with some friends up to the 70 Mile House area and have a few days to myself. Gonna try for some mulies, anyone got any suggestions for the area? Thanks.

Make sure you have a whitetail tag. Should be a mixture of both species up there.

There is a lot worse spots too shed-hunter1...grab yourself a Cariboo Chilcotin Backroads map and drive some surrounding forest service roads...look for sign, tracks, rubbed out trees, does etc etc...park the truck/quad whatever ya got and lace up the boots and take a good walk about. Keep your eyes and ears open for any sign and when you find it, focus on that area. Find a good vantage point up high and watch and wait first thing in the mornin and last thing at night! Let us know how ya do, theres plenty of deer up there and even more a bit north.

Spent a bit of time cowboying around there, there is a good mulie population there and a really good one if you get back off the beaten path and I mean 4x4 and quad path, seen a lot of nice bucks from horseback west side of the hi way.

you won't have trouble finding deer in that area. Just like that earlier post says grab a WT tag cuz they are around as well. not as many, but they are there! good luck

get off the road from all the other guys out there and you will find them...
