I have an opportunity to buy a Yamaha Kodiak 450 from a neighbour..Anyone with experience with these?? My Honda Foreman(98) is getting long in the tooth .Just would like to hear if they are great or if people have had problems with them?..

Have a 2003 with over 7000kms with no breakdowns, just regular maintainence. Had to replace ball joints also. Have carried a full moose on the quad and serveral other animals. Very practical and a good value.

We have two 2006 450's at work. They've been awesome. They've even pulled the odd whole moose.

We have an 2008 which I technically bought 'for the wife' which has proven bullet proof. We also have a Kawasaki and son has a 660 which has been ridden hard and he just bought a new yamaha side by side. You will be pleased.
