You do!! Get one of these http://www.amazon.com/Diamond-Sharpening-Knife-Sharpener-4-Inch/dp/B003Z6NHWE and do it yourself, they can be had all over the place from the big box sporting good store in your town to your local home hardware. Good for hooks and all things that need sharpening. It's only a gut hook, it's not a surgeons blade LOL.

Aren't the gut hooks just a Utility knife blade (Like the one below) ???
If so just buy a box of 10 at Crappy tire for a few bucks and you are good to go.
