I am leaving tonight to go caribou hunting up near Dease lake, but a flooding and slides have closed Highway 37. How much time would it add to go around the other side through Region 6. Or better yet does any one which M-U in region 6 to focus on. No specifics, but say MU 6-53 over MU 6-52 or something. Thanks for any help available.

The other side? Do you mean through Ft. Nelson? 13 hours PG to Dease Lake. In the other direction about the same amount of time from PG to Muncho Lake.

Last I heard, 4 or 5 days. Probably will depend on how much rain falls in the next while. 30mm predicted for northern inland areas.

Might want to check with Higways but I heard a rumour that they were letting trucks through a single lane in the Bell II area.

Hey guys

If the road stays closed for awhile, I can offer a decent price on our turbo otter to run from Meziadin Lake to Tatogga lake if you are flying in. If I get enough interest I will work out a rate and get you out there.
