Just bought a BBQ with an infrared burner and wow, I have never had such tender and juicy bear steaks. Marinade: 1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 olive oil, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 3 garlic cloves, onion chives, Italian seasonings, salt to taste. Infrared burner sears the out side in minutes, then move the bear steaks over to the reg BBQ side for an additional 4 minutes a side. Can't wait to make some perfect ahi tuna!
