I just wanted to pass along a positive experience I recently had with Mystery Ranch out of Boseman MT. I had an issue with my 6500 bag system. After speaking with their staff, the issue was promptly dealt and I couldn't be happier. As others on this site have said, Mystery Ranch is an unbelievable company to deal with. I would highly recommend that anyone contemplating a new pack system give them a look.
