Another wall tent question

I have the opportunity to buy a 15year old wall tent I hope for cheap but don't know what to look for too know if its worth it or not. Its a 12x14x4.

Also what would it be worth?

Worth would be depending on its condition. If the canvas is rotten, it ain't worth more than 50 bucks. If it is in good shape, stored in a dry place, with little to no tears, you are looking at a tent that should be in that $250 range.

Thanks Dana for the info. When canvas rots or starts to rot does it just look irregular holes?
