Looking for deer around charlotte lake...

GOT A MOOSE DRAW UP NEAR CHARLOTTE LAKE AT THE END OF OCTOBER AND WE ARE MAKING A LONG TRIP UP FROM VANCOUVER ISLAND. WE'VE BASICALLY GOT MOOSE TIED TO TREES UP THERE BUT WOULD LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY TO NAIL A BIG MULIE OR WHITEY.... ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS....? HUNTING TECHNIQUES OR AREAS TO TRY? ANYTHING AT ALL WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.:mrgreen:

hmmm try the burns from last year,,south west across the highwy has many more deer...

moose tied up??to trees....sounds like those already shot and hanging in trees by F/N..50 I have seen in past few trips out there..

Yeah ive heard theyre having problems with the f/n up there. Thats tough. Any idea what the name of the burnt area accross the hwy is called? Thanks again for your reply.

I'm also looking for deer info on the west Chilcotin area. I hear its probably better around the Fraser or Alexis Creek but I want to explore the western areas this fall.
