Is there good hunting on snowy moutain,crawford??

...just wondering as i will be there for the hunting season. it is on the american border in mu 8.03. near "snowy mountain" almost 8,000 feet high! is there some good hunting there? i am puzzled because the mountains are so high and step...and i do not see any access roads!?? is someone there has some hunting tips on this area?

I have hunted sheep in there, it is a long hard hike in unless you have horses. I never saw any deer but then again I was looking for sheep. It can get bitterly cold up there even in the early season so be prepaired.

...thanks! yes, it would be a though hike! i have heard the deers come down to eat in the orchards but i have yet to see one. i saw a bear though!
