Rick is a scammer plain and simple. Sure he has good recipies, but when you take a de-boned animal to him and get T-Bone steaks back??????????? Or you take 2 moose to him and get 2 boxes of meat........... The list goes on, he doesnt have a good rep with most people in town. He will keep the best cuts out of anybodys meat. You are better off to take hamburger to him and get him to make your sausages and such but no way take your animal to him.

Kimberley Meats and Sausage is a great place from what I have been told as well....hopefully gonna try them this year
