I am looking at taking my 2 youth hunters up to Osoyoos for some deer hunting, can anyone suggest an area that we can try, the country looks great we are new to this area.

Near Keremeos... Ashnola river... Cathedral Park area.. Seen some nice mulies while sheep hunting there.. Good luck!

Osoyoos is not that great for new youth hunters in my opinion. I agree with the last post, but can get busy at times .

Princeton is another good place for early youth season. saw a ton of mule deer around while hunting for bear last spring.

West side of Osoyoos ,Kobau Mtn has good mule heads and up Rock Creek are a couple of spots you can try

Too hot here in osoyoos for hunting. Try princeton.

Head up towards Sidley Mountain east of Osoyoos...should see something around there for the kids to shoot.

Go to Oliver and head east. Had good success for W/T does when with a buddy and his leh draw some years ago

Don't go up there the natives and people from the coast pound the shit outta that area all season long go up by mount kobeu you will like it up there better just watch you stay off elkings grazing lands he thinks he owns the land since he has grazing rights.
