I will start with me, because not so long ago, 20 yards would have been the only range in which I was consistantly grouping tightly. I now I can say I have deadly group even at 50.
But the real improvement was when I went to the Sagittarius Archery Club this morning, and what a surprise! Five new targets (that you can pull arrows out with the tip of your fingers), styrofoam for broadheads and light installed in the shed! Wow, if you don't have a shooting range, you might want to look into this one.

Check it out!

Oh-oh, looks like membership fees will be up next year......

Looks like money well spent, though. Have fun guys.

I don't think they'll increase the membership since they already had the targets and the extra butt. We already had an increase this year, but it is still reasonable.
Since they moved the archery to that side, it gives us a chance to shoot everyday at any times. When the lights and heaters will be connected, we will have the opportunity to shoot in the evening during the winter.

The 3D course is nice too. Open until 10am every weekend and 9am during the week. Mind you I wouldn't do it during the week knowing the correctional officers are there at 8am. Not worth the risk, in my opinion.

I chose that range because it was the closest to my place, but even if I were to move, I'd keep my membership there.

The facilities look great. I'm gad that there was a bit of planning ahead for the new stuff. Shows forethought on behalf of someone.
