Thinking about a trip to the skeena on the long weekend for 5 days for moose anyone have any experience in that area mostly higher up from kitwanga any bull opens Aug 20th

No one hunts there woohoo better for me...not looking for spots just info about the area. Native territory don't want to step on toes ....

The whole top half of region 6 is open for any bull from Aug 20 to Oct 31

Might be a little early but there's some good areas around Bell II and little Bob quin lake to check out. Lot's of country to explore.

Yes Kenny it is some people should read the regs. Anyhow all the info I found was requiring more planning than I was ready for going into an area I didn't really know will do some homework for next year. I did however go to Chetwynd this weekend for GOS bull moose. Saw 3 whitetail 1 buck.. 3 cow elk and one cow moose.. Not one damb bull or bear... So next trip I am planning is tumbler area for end of sept for moose elk bear deer trying to fill all 4 in 4 days.. GIT "R" DUN
