Nikon Monarch ATB differences?? (seeing different part numbers)

I am looking for a new pair of Monarchs and I am seeing different part numbers for the same ones.

anyone know if they changed much in the last few years?

I am looking at Monarch ATB 10x42 in realtree. The part numbers I have found are:
7298
7435

I am wondering about the same thing. I have a pair of Monarchs from 4 years ago and they are great and especially for the price. I am wondering if they are the same quality now? Built in the same factory etc? Anyone know?
Maybe someone can suggest glass for a similar price that would be better ?
