Yeah, if they're not open most Wal Marts sell tags. Tell your buddy to bring his Hunter Number card.

I always go to Highwater to grab my tags. Dave seems to always be there when he's not fishing. Super knowledgeable guy and very friendly. I would call them ahead of time if you are looking for any rarer tags(goat, sheep, grizz come to mind).
