I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me on where is a good area on the Thompson River to go fishing for salmon? This will be my first time in this river and ANY help on directions, lures or just where to start would help me out alot. THX

Hoffmans Bluff, east of Pritchard in one of the big areas for boats. They fish from shore in numerous areas east of the Lafarge bridge along the Thompson past Pritchard

And the FNs are out with their gill nets in Little Shuswap today. Test fishery of course. Ancient traditional fishing method.:-x
