9-10 hours depends on how many times you stop

I'd say ten or so, depends how fast you drive and how many times you pull over on the road up. Which way yah going?

From the ferry terminal It takes me 11 hours doing the speed limit from where you live it will take about 10 hours this includes stopping for a fill up of gas and something to eat for lunch# 3 crows nest highway is the fastest way to go...

LOL I did this travel for 45 years to come up to Cranbrook now I don't have to come up to where the elk and all are I am at the back door of them all ,I love it to no end I am here for the staying :-D :-D..

With a pickup carrying supplies or a camper I would put it at a real solid 10 hours maybe a touch more. I would bank on 10 1/2 with a couple gas stops and lunch. If your pulling a camper trailer I would put it more like 11. A few years back I made it from my house in Cranbrook to the Twassen ferry terminal in 9 hours 10 min, but I left here at 330 am, got to Penticton before the traffic got heavy... and I may not have driven the speed limit ;)

If you are not coming up here hunting and have no guns with you the best way is the #2 highway in the US you can come out at Creston we used to travel this # 2 highway in the US for years there is only one pass to go over and thats Stevens pass and it is not a big climb your start to get to this #2 highway is at Monroe Washington you save big time on fuel and 2 hours off your time compared to the crows nest windy road ,next time I go to the Island I will travel this US Highway you just need a passport.....

One other idea if two trucks come up this way and you are going to hunt give the rifles and ammo to the one truck to travel on the Canadian side the other truck can then travel the US side thats if you want to split up and then meet up at Creston ???.
