I know there are threads on meat cutters but I'm looking more specifically at a cold storage place that is reasonably priced in the abbotsford area then cut it up myself. Thanks.

Dumb question, why don't you find an old fridge and do it at home?

Why dont you just cut it up immediately upon getting home, then freeze it!

I was under the impression that hanging is pretty useful (necessary?)....I'll be honest, I'm pretty new to dealing with game meat on my own.

If you need to hang it. Then call any of the meat cutters in the area. You might want to skin it out first.

It's not beef so you don't age it. Just cut it up and put it in the deep freezer.

Hanging is a good way to skin it and keep the meat from getting dirt on it. I would allways hang to skin. 1 skin 2 cut off head 3 cut down the middle with bone saw 4 cut a front quarter off one half take it to a cutting table cut and package 5 Repeat untill your done. Look on u tube (meat cutters with game meat) get some ideas from there might help you too.

Yeah...the cutting isn't that much of an issue...I just thought it needed to be aged.

No need to age wild meat beyond a day or two. Lots of people try to treat wild meat like beaf.

You may find that IF you can find a place to hang it, they may just charge you the same fee to cut it? Get an old fridge free off Craigslist if you've the space. I only hang mine till I can find the time to get to cut it.

Why does it not need to hang?
