For the last 1 1/2 years I have been looking all over for a pair of waders for my now 4 year old son and could not come up with anything that would fit a child under 8 - 10 years of age that is until Sunday morning I was doing another search on the internet when I found w ww.ruggedoutdoorkids.ca and to my amazement they are based out of Quesnel.

I called spoke to Mary and within a few minutes I had a pair of breathable waders ordered they arrived this morning had them sent overnight on Greyhound paid appr $60.00 + tax + shipping.

Now my guy is one happy camper or should I say wader here are some pics of us on the river we are about 400 yards from our house... :D

We were trying to fish but here is the reason he is so happy he spotted a butterfly on the sandy part of the bar one wing was stuck in the sand so he at first walked up to it and put his hat over it to catch it that is why his hat is on the ground in the second picture and if you look at his left hand in the first picture you can see a little yellow in that hand.

Here is a close up of the butterfly it had part of one wing broken off and the other was stuck in the sand he carried it home and put it on a flower for it to recover it was very much alive except it must have been exhausted and yes he is aware that it will most likely die so he prayed that God would take the pain away so it would not suffer.

He is a cool kid and yes he loves his waders...
